Jan. - 249 lbs.
Feb. - 238 lbs.
March - 228 lbs.
April - 220 lbs.
May - 216 lbs.
June - 212 lbs.
July - 207 lbs.

great work! You can do it! I bet at your height you've got the potential to have some awesome muscles, all my male friends that are that height are naturally muscular.
